I sat in a meeting next to a guy, and I took great notes as he spoke in an attempt to stay present. As the meeting wrapped, he asked me if I had any extra notebooks because he was running off to attend another mtg and taking notes is the only way he can “stay awake through ‘em!” We’re all the same.

You know, as someone with constant skepticism in cooking my own chicken to safety standards… I’m more than willing to eat it in many variations from multiple places without question or concern.

Thinking about that time I flew home with my young baby and the LA ticket agent was adamant we needed her birth certificate (we didn’t need it before that). I got her on the plane by showing the lady a photo of me birthing said baby.
