In the scheme of things, this is bad!

Speaker Johnson just fired Rep. Mike Turner as House Intel Chair, despite claiming he “admires” him and praising his leadership.

The real reason? Turner refused to bend the knee to Trump—we can bet his replacement will be a hardliner.

Jeff Bezos' Washington Post editorial board has endorsed Pam Bondi as a "qualified" and "serious" pick for Attorney General.

Nowhere in the endorsement did they mention that she's a former Amazon lobbyist.

Billionaire control of our media is a threat to democracy.

Dynamite reporting from @propublica.org; they obtained never-before-seen correspondence showing the drive to insinuate vouchers in schools going back decades.

Also worth noting Voinovich was fabulously corrupt even by Ohio’s standards and is in Hell.

There are people who worked at Facebook who completely understand what a pathetic and self interested con Mark is trying to pull here. At the very least he remains breathtakingly superficial in his understanding of free speech and at the worst just as willfully ignorant about how dangerous he is.

Listen to Victor Newman….er, Eric Braeden. Over the years his voice in this subject has been on point. If you’ve ever heard him describe immigrating to this country and his feelings on the boat when he first saw the Statue of Liberty…He knows what fascism is.

Also, praying for his health.
Braedon: I come from a nation that believed in fascist ideology for a while. And we don’t want to go to that again. We are close to it because people want to simplify complex problems. The essence of fascism is to simplify complex problems and feed people who don't have time to read some bullshit.

Get used to this playbook again, America

1) Trump says something outrageous/stupid/dangerous

2) Dems say, "Geez that thing Trump said was outrageous/stupid/dangerous"

3) Fox News hits Dems for "melting down" while minimizing the outrageous/stupid/dangerous thing Trump said
