Finally finished another in my series of #iconicknitsinminiature: this time a 1/12 scale rendition of a sweater from the Gap, popular in the late 1990’s. The “crazy stripes” sweater! Knit in silk thread from Au ver a soie, on size .8mm needles. 🧶 #knitting #microknitting

Went looking for inspiration this week for contrasting colour for fan favourite Musselburgh hat from designer @ysoldaknits.bsky.social. Wasn’t even looking to buy yarn.
Anyway, here are my 3 gorgeous skeins of Aglow singles from @lottieknits.bsky.social in merino, silk, yak 🤤. #ShowMeYourKnits

Abandoned floof 🫤; Untuva jumper to be frogged 🐸 in Cascade Aero, that has *already been frogged* from Biscotti jumper. 5.5 mm too small, 8.00 mm to big, haven’t got it right for this yarn yet. Kinda like Drops Air or CaMaRose Snefnug. Any suggestions for this fluffy chunky yarn 🧶? #ShowMeYourKnits
