Love all of God's creatures great and small. With eyes of faith we can see beyond the darkness.

Ladies and Gentlemen, please say hello to Ghana and meet it's charismatic inhabitant, the Yellow-billed Turaco.
It's brilliant red and bright green come from special pigments unique to Turacos.

Green Plover, Peewit or Lapwing shimmering under the sun. Spectacular to watch, though impossible to photograph, in flight.

Piping Plover parents share incubating & chick rearing duties, watching & protecting their young ones around the clock. This family lived on the busy beaches of Breezy Point Tip. Only one of their brood survived to become a fledgling. We are working hard with NYC Parks & National Park Service …

Wow, nice aurora in Maine now with tall pink emissions that are probably visible from dark and clear locations north of the 45th parallel. Check it out: go.theauroraguy.com/webcams

The world feels rough right now

So please enjoy this shrimp, filmed off Cozumel, Mexico. It may be a larval reef shrimp, but we don’t know what species or how long it lives or what it eats. The world is still full of wonder and beauty and mystery.
