The Queen, and now the King control the royal purse strings, titles, etc. While they aren't lacking in scandal, they guard their "brand". Preying on youth was a bridge too far.

The UK, like Canada also has "rule of law" and professional conduct / ethics for politicians.

Hiking along a muddy path on a majestic, chiselled hillside. The green vegetation works hard to push some brilliance through a muted palette. The clouds are wrapped around everything on the hillside and about to deliver something a lot more ambitious than mist. We will soon retreat as the trail will become nature's version of a "slip 'n' slide".

You can quite easily. Take a ferry from Bella Coola to Bella Bella, and up the inside passage to Prince Rupert. From there to Haida Gwaii, ferry. Expensive as you'll need a car to get around. We drove to Pr. Rupert and took the ferry down to Port Hardy. Last minute trip-flip due to wildfires.

If you're speaking to the intensity and frequency of hurricanes, drought and flooding caused by the climate change hoax, yes there is bad weather.

I was referring to the local saying, "if you're going to let the rain keep you in, you'll never go out". But our weather is less predictable now too.
