Still surprised at how far to the right Labour has moved, and how racism is now a core part of its output. Keir Starmer was once a human rights lawyer, or at least that’s what he tells us…..
Pinned

So this is how @teamlabouruk.bsky.social manages increased water pollution -it forces taxpayers to cough up more while the polluters bank their bonuses. Starmer is now a putrid right winger. He needs to go, along with his cabinet of Reformites lite….
the company was “really sorry” for the spill and committed to paying for the cleanup, but confirmed some of the money for this would come from customer bills. Penicud said it would be paid for with a “mixture of funds”

I agree with Clive Lewis ( as usual) . We don’t want Palantir in our lives! ID cards were NOT in Lab manifesto, so why are they being foisted on us?
No one agreed to sell their data to Palantir.
Many placed their trust in Labour + voted 4 them in 24.
In return, they betrayed us and sold our data.

Why indeed……..
I could bang on about the many ways he is wrong for waging war on Resident doctors and the contempt shown, for ages.

Instead, I'll just ask this:

Why, in the 6th richest world economy, is the doctor fighting to save your newborn's life not worth £22.50 an hour?

Essentially, it did a very good thing in WW2. But the fact that it had to be dragged very reluctantly into that war was a big clue that it could not be entrusted with safeguarding humanity. Now we see very clearly (climate denial, NATO, Israel support, Ukraine betrayal) that that was a huge mistake.

So under Labour, and Wes Streeting, taxpayers pay £306bn for £60bn private sector money.

But never mind, Streeting’s USA sponsors Palantir and others will make a fortune while patient care plummets. do that’s alright then.
The Rule of Law and enriching the rich.

For £60bn private sector investment in public assets, UK govts paying £306bn + billions in servicing traps.

Govt has revived PFI, calls it Public Private Partnership (PPP) and will apply it to the NHS. Billions will be drained from public purse.
Nothing will change until the political system is freed from the clutches of corporations and the super-rich
The law is being used to enforce existing power structures for the benefit of the few
