Ok so I took a quick look thru the BlueSky TOS, site hosting the dataset, etc.
Daniel is located in Scotland, so UK GDPR applies and everyone can use it.
Hugging Face is a US company, but acts as a host for 3rd party datasets uploaded by users, so DCMA is the way to go.

What’s been confirmed to me this week is that the right wing is entirely delusional. My hope for them is that reality slaps the shit out of them. Meanwhile, I’ll be preparing for the shitshow that’s about to happen, and they’ll be caught completely off guard.

The chimney swifts that live in my chimney flocked overhead as I was getting out of the car Thursday afternoon. I was able to count 22 but I know I missed 2 or 3 that weren’t with the group. Mommy and daddy swift were busy this summer. (Sorry, no pics, too busy counting) 🪶
