Im thinking about starting a small garden this year. My yard is not the best for one--limited sun, pine trees, walnut near by, hills, dogs. Thinking it needs to be container but am concerned about chemicals of many inexpensive container options. Advice? Tips?

Mae Mae looking pretty. This is from when I brought her home a year ago. This poor dog had 12 Beebos (all now 60lb dogs) on her first heat--she wasnt even a year old. The patience of Job.
