Had a mini heart attack when i got a criminal record check back that wasn't clean, saying their MIGHT be a record. Had to contact the support line for the agency to give me details, to which they then said "oops, we were wrong, your record is clean".

Here's a hot take: Relying on solutions like easy anti-cheat is a developer skill issue. Almost all cheats can be solved by checking user inputs server side and not sending data about things the user cannot see to the client. Stuff like this is built into the many engine's net code now.

I have gotten a lot of "Are you coming to ___?"
I am very sorry to say that because of recent events and how Canadians have been treated entering the states, I won't be attending any U.S. cons for the next year(s).

Decided to give facebook another shot since a bunch of my furry friends are on it, as well as family and old classmates. Boy was that a mistake. Their algorithm hasn't given me a single thing I actually want to look at, and dismissing things doesn't seem to prevent them from being re-served later.

Anyone else having issues with the Sky Follower Bridge? I had to run it three times per account to actually get it to find everything. I suspect web requests to Twitter are failing, which wouldn't surprise me
