Yes on ballot proposals 1-5, period. The NIMBYs in wealthy neighborhoods can cry about it. Maybe yes on 6? But will having the mayoral election in the same year as prez distract and create information overload idk

New eye doctor seemed skeptical that I’m not yet having trouble seeing up close (because I’m “getting to that age”). Asked me multiple times and only seemed satisfied when I blazed through the bottom line of the chart. I also don’t have any grey hair or fine lines – sorry to defy expectations, girl!

Rejoined the food coop and promptly bought a $6.46 bottle of gazpacho 😔. The checkout person asked if I was doing anything special w the several slivers of nice cheese (humboldt fog, cabot clothbound, etc) I was buying. Making myself a tiny cheese plate for dinner, tf do you think??

Posting tennis season goals for accountability: 3.0 NTRP rating by next year (lol, lmao) but more realistically: slow down/be patient and prioritize control, develop a more consistent serve toss, more fluid grip changes, stop fearing volleys, get way more rally/point play, don’t get injured
