Let's say I'm a trans woman who has just found a suspicious lump on her breast. Does answering "male" to this question make it more or less likely that I will receive relevant advice?
I totally agree with this thread. This question adds no value beyond pleasing a few Gender Conservatives in NHS/lobby groups. NHS111 does the same, if you answer based upon body sex it works but not for ASAB. Just screws the stats and potentially dangerous. It seems to equate trans with crossdresser

Hey if you want NSFW artists to actually use Bsky you need to not report them everytime you see them make something that makes you mildly uncomfortable.
