The only bad thing about Bluesky: it's now as addictive as Twitter was in, say, 2010. I'd forgotten how much time I can fanny away somewhere silly and upbeat. I hope my editor isn't on here yet.

I get more engagement here with a fraction of the followers I do on X...I think X doesn't show your posts even in 'following' feed anymore if you're not subscribed to blue ticks

I think the reaction to that girl Alishba, by Pakistani twitter, was rather over blown and full of malice.. One thing that had to do with it was she being a woman, looking good and speaking English.
