i feel like the “audiobooks aren’t reading” people are the same that would get angry if you stated that a deaf person “said” something in sign language.

i finally started reading for fun again after a literal decade long hiatus bc of audiobooks. for the first time since i was *15*. and ive now read over 30 books in the past 3 months alone. idc what anyone says, its still reading
Apropos of nothing, anybody who says that audiobooks aren’t “real” reading or that people who use them aren’t “real” readers can kiss both my ass and my royalty statement.
