Bedouin varieties generally have *q > g or dž~dz and *k > k or č~ts, affricates occurring before front vowels.

It is not! Affricated *k > č or ts is emblematic of Bedouin dialects but not those of rural villages. In Central Palestine, ḳ and k were sometimes kept separate, sometimes merged as the two maps show.

True, but qaf has actually attested as a pharyngealized or slightly backed velar in rural Palestinian dialects eg Nazareth and was formerly even more widespread (Bergsträsser, “Sprachatlas von Syrien und Palästina”, 1915)

I went back and forth about the linking vowel and had *rošekem at one point but figured the loss of aleph would allow the cluster and precede epenthesis.

The Peshitta text harmonizes the persons to plural but oddly says not to *grow* the hair of your heads:

The previous verse has the ban on divination and the next verse is the ban on scarification to commemorate the dead and tattooing, so likely this is actually a ban on a particular form of (priestly?) tonsure and beard trimming associated with non-Yahwistic practices.
