So can someone explain to me how stores now insist on starting Christmas before Halloween but are utterly incapable of having ornaments on the shelves 10 days before? I mean, I know, I'm kinda last-minuteish, but still . . . . Or am I just the frickin Grinch?

Probably 90% of that 75M are irretrievable, irredeemable. They'd vote for Trump's corpse. Re "lack of education," tho, I think we failed. Many of the "price of eggs" voters were still nostalgic for 2019 prices. "Inflation is under control" doesn't address that.

This election result is about racism, misogyny, lack of education—and an irresponsible media that caters to those realities.
There is no messaging that can overcome prejudice and ignorance, and those two factors are the only explanation for Trump even being the nominee and getting 75 million votes.
