Lol. This was my entertainment commuting home every afternoon on the greenbelt along the Boise River when I used to live in Boise.
One weird little thing that I love about riding on popular mixed-use paths is all the snippets of conversation I hear with no chance for more context. This afternoon I passed a woman on her phone in Playa del Rey. All I heard was "Remember that guy I brought to your wedding? We're enemies now."

Yes! When drivers are too nice it’s almost worse than when they are mean. I think they see bikes as pedestrians sometimes.

Yes! When drivers are too nice it’s almost worse than when they are mean. I think they see bikes as pedestrians sometimes.
Thankful this thanksgiving season for porta potties. This is my daily driver. She doesn’t get much traffic so she stays clean. What a beaut.

A bike commute the number one priority when I consider job prospects. Probably more important than salary.
I LOVE my bike commute. I know a longish ride isn't right for many folks—but if your driving commute sucks, you struggle to find time to exercise, you want more adventure in your life, you want to save money, and want to show up to work fully alive, I'd encourage you try it a couple days a week.

I finished reading (listening to audiobook) @stephenking.bsky.social ‘s book 11/22/63 on 11/22.
It was a total coincidence and didn’t realize what date it was until after I finished the book during my AM run.
