Even though I got Ghost of Yotei on release day with the limited edition Dualsense controller, I think tonight will be my start of the game. I finally feel well enough to start it!

I think it's time to re-read this literature classic, which is not so fictional anymore in 2025...

Although I don't have kids, I swear it's like having a naughty toddler with one of my cats as it is.

She caused me to hurt/pull my back and embarrass me in one go. She was only trying to attack the postie as she was putting through a package in the letterbox. I had to then apologise to our postie.

Palace in the 4th round...
We have them this weekend as it is in the PL.

I wonder if we'll hear about how young Leoni is today?

I really hope the scans show nothing too nasty causing him to be out for months.

If it is, let's hope the lad comes back stronger & more determined because he was excellent in the match last night, & his debut shouldn't have ended like that 💔

Fede is such a pure footballer. Sets up two selfless assists and then does this. Lovely moment at the end, Southampton’s Tom Fellows asked for Chiesa’s shirt and he couldn’t believe it when Chiesa wanted his back in return 🇮🇹❤️ #lfc #liverpool #chiesa

Slow match, but we got through that Carabao Cup match.

Ahh... Ekitike you silly sod 🤦‍♀️ If only he hadn't been booked earlier for throwing the ball because of being penalised & pissed by the ref's call despite the S'hampton player tussling him

Hope Leoni is alright. Looked proper nasty.

Very sad news, 47 is no age. RIP
😔💔
Liverpool Football Club is deeply shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of former LFC Women manager Matt Beard.

The thoughts of everyone at the club are with Matt’s family and friends at this devastating time.

What a match! 😵 I think my heart has calmed a bit now, but another late goal from Virgil saved us again. We started off brilliantly being up 2-0 within 6 mins! We just started to wobble after Llorente scored his 1st, but luckily we turned it around -& Simeone got sent off for being a sore loser (🖕)

Ugh... Stormy weather always tends to give me a funny headache and tummy.

It's not overhead yet, but I can hear the thunder rumbling in the distance.

By Harvey's IG post, it sounds like it's a goodbye from him to Liverpool even though it's only on loan to Villa at the moment. They've got themselves a great lad in Elliott. It's a real shame he never broke into Slot's side. He was Klopp golden lad & I still remember him making his debut-

Hopefully, this international break will give Isak a chance to get back to getting match-ready to play again. If he can get a few minutes during the 2nd Sweden match in this break, at least Slot can give him 30 minutes or so during the Burnley game in the 2nd half for a run out.

Didn't see this announcement on Sky Sports News earlier. I guess it was forgotten with the Alexander Isak announcement... 🤭 #LFC

All I'm gonna say on the Guehi deal falling through...

I'm very surprised Newcastle haven't thrown a spanner in the works complicating the Isak to Liverpool move (more out of continuing to disrespect Isak's choice of wanting to move on from them/still under contract). I honestly thought *this* would be the move where a twist was more likely to occur!

The first question Marc Guehí should be asked is if he is homophobic. Should #LFC’s LGBTQ+ supporting fans be ok with having him in the team. Signing him sends them completely the wrong message, IMO.

Not gonna lie, I'm not cool with a guy who acted immature and homophobic last season playing for us.

I stand by this.

Let's hope he learns to keep his gob shut & head down from now on & keeps to just the good media press like his performance against Villa last night for everyone's sake...

End of Summer.

The weather finally seems to be normalising out now, so seasonal change seems to be on the horizon.

Here's a picture of my Mother's petunias that I took the other day. This summer has been good for the flowers, at least - even if it was far too hot at times for me!

We need more of this in the world. It's brilliant! Not much makes me genuinely laugh and smile on social media nowadays 💓
The Freddy Mercury hoovering display team were also a particular highlight...

I hurt my throat celebrating Rio Ngumoha's last min goal. I'm really happy for the young lad (early birthday prezzie for the kid!) & I'm so glad he won that fiesty mess of a match for us.

RIO!!! RIO!!! RIO!!!

Now I need sleep to de-stress from watching that game. We have Arsenal on Sunday! 😵‍💫

Wow, what a 1st half!
Looked a bit iffy early on, but after that beauty out of nowhere by Gravenberch we started to get back in the game. Hooper hasn't helped by giving Newcastle alot of decisions their way but not ours, until the Gordon incident. That was a clear red anyway. No contact on the ball-
