I have so much respect for organizations willing and able to proclaim their values against a backdrop of efforts to be silenced.

I have so much respect for organizations willing and able to proclaim their values against a backdrop of efforts to be silenced.
I don't know if this science is real, but I can tell you I never felt worse after hanging out with plants.
Simple neuroscience-based hack for anxiety:
🌿go & be in a place with plants & trees for 15 mins
🌳You'll inhale plant oils(phytoncides) from foliage
📉your stress hormone(cortisol) will drop significantly
Many of our brain pathways evolved to motivate us to forage for plants-they're still very active

At this point, you'd think I'd know better than to EVER put the word "Final" in a file name.
