For weeks he’s walked past this Ikea shelf box. I found him inside it today. Playing the long game - he’ll use it when he’s ready!

70k signatures to rejoin the EU. Big petition, timely too - polling shows the public is in favour. Let’s get it to 100k and push Labour to debate rejoining. It’s the glaringly obvious solution our economic problems and the rise of the far right.

Petition: Apply for the UK to join the European Union as a full member as soon as possible
I believe joining the EU would boost the economy, increase global influence, improve collaboration and provide stability & freedom. I believe that Brexit hasn't brought any tangible benefit and there ...

It’s never too late to learn new things. My mum will soon be 68. She’s always been a technophobe. My sister gave her an old iPhone and I taught her how to message. She picked it up so fast. The fun thing is she still ends conversations like she’s talking on the phone - “ok I’m going now, bye!”

After a year of procrastination I’ve finally replaced my aging 2012 Mac Mini… with another mini. This time the M4 Pro. I toyed with getting an iMac but the performance difference to the M4 Pro was hard to ignore. A decent investment I think.

I think I’ve dodged a bullet from a cowboy builder. A guy knocked offering to clean my gutters for £20. Yep cool. He knocked again… parts of my roof are loose, but he can fix it for an extra £460! I said I’ll let him know. He said fine, I’ll post my card through shortly. Two hours later, no card.

I’ve realised one of the issues when using a Samsung curved monitor for years. I’ve just this moment started using a new 4k flat monitor. The new flat screen is convex when I look at it. Obviously I’ll adjust but it makes me wonder how much the curved screen has affected my vision over the years.

Petition: Create a public consultation on freedom of speech and disinformation
We believe that lies, fraud, and media toxicity threaten our way of life. We think new mechanisms are needed to preserve confidence. How else can people know what to trust?
