I’m tired of hearing the endless debates about RTO policies and the hard-and-fast approaches some companies are taking.
There’s no absolute right or wrong when it comes to return-to-office policies. There’s only what leaders believe will work best for their unique situation.

In case you missed it: Bluesky runs on-prem. They migrated off of AWS months back.
So yeah, they DO need to put orders in for servers! (Good luck to the dev team!)
