this is among the great tragedies of the media industry falling apart; journalists whose failures used to be smoothed out by editors and balanced out by colleagues with more integrity are now forced to do weird stunts like this to get more eyeballs
I just had a Katie Porter moment with congressional candidate Kat Abughazaleh. The interview lasted 3 minutes.

i absolutely do not agree with recording strangers in public and allowing the internet to doxx them and ruin their lives. that being said, i do find the CEO/HR lady cheating drama very funny, because i am a bad person. two things can be true

My favorite part of this interview was when Varney asks Dr. Oz if 11 million people will lose their health insurance, and Oz says no, because "the numbers are often offered by economists who look at numbers." He then adds, "This is really a psychology question." OK!

Not to critique an already-stunning piece of art, but I think the Eagle's talons should have been painted red, white, and blue
Donald Trump’s trade war and threats to absorb Canada as a U.S. state have fueled a fiery resistance up north. Americans don’t know the half of it.

For the past year, I've been talking to dancers fighting for better workplace protections for pregnancy and parenting. It's a fight experts say is "unprecedented" due to long-standing cultural and structural challenges within ballet. And it's being led by artists themselves.

How Ballet Is Fighting for Dancer Pregnancy Rights
