i do wonder if we're seeing a consequence of years of (conscious) class-based rage & anger re: holding Epstein associates to account in the UK, vs the U.S. where a third of the population still seems to think they're one lucky break away from becoming untouchably rich & powerful.

if you don’t know me IRL, you probably don’t know that I have a very loud cackle, which often incidentally comes out at the movies. Tonight that was problematic bc there’s an early scene where Jacob Elordi is just so hot that I laughed out loud, and it set off a chain reaction
