The worst you can accuse Panorama of doing is making a misleading edit – and I’d dispute that! – to make *a point that was true*.
The programme aired without anyone seeing any issues with the edit. It was on iPlayer for a year without complaints. Donald Trump *did* incite Jan 6th.

Tory culture spox demanding the BBC "grovel" to Trump is baffling. Who is this supposed to chime with?
Just a bizarre line that no one who doesn't use X would ever think.

fun fact: if you watch the 2004 Adam Curtis documentary 21 years after it came out, you will probably want to jump out a window

It’s Official: Meghan & Harry Have Traded Monarchy for Oligarchy
They attended the 70th birthday party of Kris Jenner, who doesn’t look a day over [insert age you’re supposed to look when you pay $100,000 for a facelift at age 69].

I have taken every single mode of municipal public transit in Berlin this weekend (u-bahn, s-bahn, bus, tram, and ferry) and I think I should get a celebratory sticker or something.

one of the thousands of suit guys (each campus is required to have one) and yet the one with the best timing and excellent poise—the young king of suit guys.
Loving today's news that the mysterious "fedora man" outside the Louvre heist was actually a 15-year-old museum visitor who dresses like a 1940s French detective all the time, just because. apnews.com/article/louv...

The New York Times quickly sending out Douthat to argue that Mamdani’s victory doesn’t really matter is so predictable it borders on self-parody.
Remember, folks: Every time the Right wins an election, it’s an undeniable expression of the will of the people. If a lefty wins, it’s just a blip.

The factional grifters will hate this, but the Mamdani-Spanberger-Sherrill axis actually suggests the outlines of a broad, emerging Dem coalition organized around both anti-Trump *and* affordability politics, not a party bitterly divided against itself.
These big wins will embolden Dems to take on Trump's lawbreaking and show there's a price for GOP enabling of him. Folks hate to hear this, but normal patterns are asserting themselves: Liberalism isn't dead, Rs are likely to lose in 2026, and Trump is really unpopular, not a magical exception.
