Once again calling for a feed that is just Following but only the stuff that's been tagged NSFW.

It's not that I'm a prude; a lot of this stuff is really hot and I'd love to see it WHEN IT'S SAFE. But I need to be able to decide when that is.

Once again, loudly asking Steam to build a filter into the dashboard (not relying on outsiders to do it) that removes EVERY game that has been made with generative slop from the feed

Half my time looking through what's new is met with this trash, we need to block it out

Exactly! You used to be able to buy a burger, and then they would cook some fries to make the meal even better. And customers who came in late could even get a combo deal!

Now they just give you a bun and a raw patty and all the toppings cost extra. Fries? One per limited time foodpass tier.

Alt text for quoted post: Black text on a white background that says "All video games should have" and then a blank space after.

I like when old games get new content, but it really does feel like DLC is a power that the industry can't handle.

The more I think about this the more upsetting it is. It disregards that authors choose specific words for specific meaning. It ruins poetry. It turns beauty into ash. Bah!

I would be very interested in seeing whether genAI adoption correlates with how someone was taught to read.
