The honest truth: China has already won for vehicle manufacturing long-term.
They overproduced EVs to a degree that no other country on earth can profitably make them compared to white-labeling Chinese ones.
Some companies have already shut down EV lines combined with local rebates being removed.

AND, we've finally got some recent studies that completed testing solar panels over 20+ and 30+ lifespans and it turns out they only degrade about 10% over 30 years for the newer chemistry or still only about 15% for the old chemistry! energy-solutions.co/articles/sub...

I swear you could go to any mid-sized judo or aikido class and pick out half a dozen EDS candidates just from watching the usual warmup routines TBH.
