It's finished!! "My Avian Neighborhood": in total almost 100 hours of work in the span of 27 days to complete. So very proud of this one, it's going to be hanging in its first show over the next few months. Thank you to everyone who cheered me on, the species are in the alt text of the image! ✨
What's better than one Zill? Two!! Today was a very special day: We got to meet Zill's sister and littermate, Ashley! A dream come true for me, and it was a lovely time and visit. A reunion 10 years in the making. ❤️

I have just received the greatest art book of all time. Excuse me while I go weep... This is where all of my artistic style is born from. Every image in this book inspired me in ways I can't articulate in words, but hope to articulate in art. Thank you retro studios...this book is everything to me.

The Producer's Note reads:

I forgot to post about it because it's been a hectic couple of weeks for me but my sweet girl Echo turned 3 on the 11th!! We celebrated by giving her an inch and a half of snow, and taking her this weekend for her first time straight racing. She is growing into such a fine, lovely, sweet borzoi ❤️

I think people misunderstand that IT IS OKAY if a book makes you UNCOMFORTABLE, sometimes that is the author's intent, but what YOU DO with those feelings as the reader is YOUR responsibility, not an author's, and which is why using that discomfort as a crux to mortality police makes you a dick
