This will have huge impact on ELL teachers and programs. I hope schools don’t reduce their programs but, instead, move them temporarily to enhance support 4 Long Term ELLs, who tend to be born here. Then, once the fascists are out of office, we’ll get more newcomers again.

i'd say it did. the public put a group of thieves, vandals and extremists in office last november and they promptly went about destroying everything that might work to limit their ability to loot, steal and inflicting pain on the people they hate
