Trump just vowed to sex-test every female Olympian in 2028. That’s right…mandatory genital inspections. New task force already in motion.

Personally, I’d love to see every country refuse to come to the Olympics in 2028…and announce it…now.

Yes. Failure to impeach, convict, and remove is an active choice
Just a reminder that Republicans in Congress could put a stop to this at any time.

THIS JUST HAPPENED: Brad Lander walked through the fire, got burned, and came back with a fucking gasoline can.

ICE arrested him — now he’s escorting migrants right past them, again. Most politicians wouldn’t show up. He showed out.

The day started with tragedy with political violence in MN and instead of being scared, neighbors SHOWED UP to stand together at No Kings Twin Cities. We packed the Capitol Mall all the way to the Cathedral. Estimate 80,000+ right now. So proud of our state. #nokings #indivisible

In itself it's not the biggest thing but Congress specifically passed a law requiring ICE to allow access to members of Congress because of Trump's antics in the first term. This isn't even norms. It's violating black letter statute law.
And here in NYC today another shocking escalation by Trump.

The law *explicitly allows* unannounced visits by congressmembers to federal facilities.

This is yet another breach of democratic norms by an increasingly rogue administration. Don't normalize this.

Great example - and explanation - of authoritarian propaganda here from Van Hollen, as he explains the lengths that the autocrat Bukele went to in order to influence public perception with those margarita glasses, and how Trump propagated it as well.
"This is a lesson into the lengths that President Bukele will go to deceive people about what's going on. And it also shows the lengths Trump will go to" -- Van Hollen details how the photos appearing to show him and Abrego Garcia with margaritas were staged by the government of El Salvador

FIVE. MORE. LAW. FIRMS. CAVE. AND. CUT. DEALS. WITH. TRUMP.

"$600 Million Dollars in pro bono services."

Of all the people you'd think would have the resources to fight back and say "F*CK NO!" and handle the consequences...you'd think it would be those at the high-power law firms.
🚨 NEW: Five more law firms cut deals with Trump. $600 mil in pro bono services.

Four of the five firms were facing EEOC investigations of their DEI programs. Those probes are now dropped.

See what’s shaking on Shakedown Street

All while cutting taxes for corporations and the wealthy, and massively increasing the deficit.

How many signs of democratic collapse do we need?

A push to impeach judges not for misconduct but defying Trump? Refusal to honor a court order to turn around planes? Trump invoking the Alien Enemies Act outside wartime? A budget clearing him to ignore Congress? Jailing students?

The list goes on.

If blue states, invented a method to withhold transfers to the IRS, we'd be in a much better negotiating position. Moneys transferred could be ( for instance ;-) dependent on payments made and programs continued, records maintained and aid distributed.
