Good move. Btw, a side comment on Bulgarian politics. If the president decides to form a party ahead of the upcoming parliamentary elections, he has a good chance of winning (w 20-25% but still, a win is a win). Expect his party to then join Orban/Fico in sabotaging EU pro-Ukraine policies.
The EU just officially removed Orban and Fico's ability to force €210B in Russia's frozen EU assets to be released by vetoing sanctions renewal.
