Spent most of today trying to get everyday chores done in between crying jags. Despite taking my meds on the reg, getting decent sleep, trying to practice acceptance and all that.
Good thing I'm seeing the doctor tomorrow, maybe they can just pull out a big cartoon hammer and hit me on the head.
