Thomas and Alito will clearly vote to uphold bans on gender-affirming care for minors. I think Kavanaugh will, too—he suggested that the Constitution is neutral on this issue, and said "we can't ignore" the "risks" of this care to children. Roberts leans toward upholding the bans, but still early.
