Just finished watching this and found it very cathartic to me personally, a life-long lover of gory, explicit, and/or taboo-breaking media who has always hated "shocking" stories that hide behind the artistic fig leaf of being about how consuming them is a moral failing on part of the audience.
one of my favorite parts of my job is even when I write negatively about things, having to go over it again and again always allows me to find some nice positive thing about it
