I’ve never hidden a book in my life. But I recently checked out an audio book from the library kiosk and listening to it in the car, hiding the cover when I change discs. Why? Make no mistake, I am no fan. I believe in learning as much about your enemy as possible. What is it? the art of the deal.

Recently every customer service call I’ve made has felt contrary and like I’m being massively judged. I believe in being super nice to customer service. They have a hard enough time. But man, I’ve been getting some serious attitude that doesn’t budge no matter how nice and helpful I try to be.

The number of times that I have said out loud, “imagine if Obama or Biden did that” is ridiculous. Literally ANY President in our generation would not be tolerated acting like this. I don’t understand how these people can hate our country so much.
