Nope, and as time goes on, it's increasingly clear that Hipkins is just going to duck and cover on this (as with so many other things). The plan is clearly to be a blank void labeled "NOT THE NATIONAL PARTY" and hope that's enough to win.

And it might be! But ask Starmer what happens after that...

Crickets from Labour, officially 🦗

Silence is the key ingredient needed to support further targeting of vulnerable communities and restrictions to healthcare access, so they’re really supporting the (wrong) cause 🫠

No, and unlike the Greens who had previously made clear statements about this in anticipation of this Labour has nothing to rest on either.

Nothing from the main party or the leader or the Health spokesperson. Their Rainbow Communities spokesperson (Halbert) and Duncan Webb made decent statements but it's really disappointing that there's no commitment yet from Labour to repeal the decision or anything.

(2) "I welcome Winston Peters' sudden change of heart," Hipkins said

Notice Hipkins kind and even complementary attitude towards the Coalition of Chaos compared to his scathing attitude towards TPM? TPM do need to sort their shit out no doubt, but Hipkins loathes the actual left and it shows.
