I think about this a lot— how broken you have to be to have so much money that you could end world poverty and homelessness, and opting instead to spend your time cursing people out on the media platform you bought and sank, and hanging out with Nazis to feel good about yourself/your power.
We think of how huge a life unfettered by the constraints of financial concerns could be, how much good we could do for the world if we had that life, and then we see this angry, pathetic little man with a twisted and myopic view of the world and it’s hard to fathom being such a total douchebag.
