CEO pay should be directly tied to what their employees make. If their salaries increase by 20%, so should their employees.
Their salaries should never be more than a few times their lowest paid employee at a MINIMUM.
It certainly should NEVER be 458X more like Air Canada’s current CEO.

What a great illustration of the solution using the issue at hand.
