It shouldn't be ok to use omnibus bills to drive through totally unrelated legislation. Wrong on so many levels. Harper was a master at it and Poilievre voted for it every time.

So it turns out Scheer and Reid hung back to see how the vote played out to make sure the budget passed. They only rushed in to “change their vote” after the NDPs locked it down without them.
