These exercises work, but a personally tailored plan will get you results even faster and keep you progressing.

Not only that, but the specific cause of YOUR problems can be properly addressed, rather than using one size fits all exercises, that don't always fix all.

As you get stronger, the starter exercises will start to feel easier, and then it is time to move on to the progressions in the video.

Eventually these will become easier too and you'll need something more.

So here are some exercises to help them that you can start today.

The best approach with these is to start slow, just a few reps to see how you do, then gradually add more and more.

Do these a few times a week for at least a month and you'll feel a big difference.

I genuinely hate this.

Everyone does it. It's popular!

But it's mostly BS and doesn't really help.

There are exercises that will benefit many people, but when we get into the reality of pain management and recovery, things aren't so simple.
