If/when Democrats regain control of Congress, the path is clear. No clerks. No building. No shadow docket. Nothing, until you stop ignoring the law, data, history, precedent, & the plain meaning of words in the Constitution. And there will be 25 of you, with 9 chosen by lottery for any one case.
Again, because the 9 Wizards In Robes, of both parties, believe they & SCOTUS are entitled by God to be an all-powerful Super-legislature, adding seats (& slashing the clerks/building budget, & making them ride the circuit, etc.) has now become the only serious “moderate” & “pro-democracy” position.

Even in the midst of fascism, too many news outlets give deference to the perspective of the state. But real journalism would be calling out government propaganda and truthfully identifying what is happening.
