I would assume that most are very, very excited that the constraints have been removed. This is why they became agents. To bust heads and impose their will.
When you watch these heartbreaking videos showing the cruel and thuggish behavior of ICE agents, remember that these people are not being FORCED to commit these acts — they do so willingly. They could quit their jobs at any time. They could say “enough!”
