That's actually not a good question because of the word "access".

In American, everyone has *access* to best-in-the-world medical treatments. But not everyone can *afford* it. This is nuanced, but once you see how politicians (especially GOP ones) use the word *access*, you can't un-see it.
BASH: Do you believe that the federal govt has a responsibility to ensure that all children -- special needs, rich, poor -- have access to quality education?

LINDA MCMAHON: That is certainly the goal of the president

American war planning usually takes place in highly secure facilities. But the Trump administration planned its strikes on the Houthis using a group chat—and accidentally included The Atlantic’s editor in chief, Jeffrey Goldberg. theatln.tc/IuULQFiY
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

Donold is blaming a plane crash that killed 67 people on “DEI” with zero evidence.

He is attempting to use racism to deflect from the fact it is HIS fault. He had just removed 100 FAA senior officials.

It’s been 11 days and there are 67 bodies in the Potomac in Washington DC because of him.

Will you defy?

Will you hold your own leaders accountable for their inaction?

And—in particular—don’t be silent for the sake of being polite. We’re not taking about politics in the ordinary sense anymore. This is about decency and morality and whether or not this country chooses to become a thoroughly criminalized state instead of an imperfect representative democracy.
You can't shame MAGA. It's impossible to shame shameless people. I go on and debate them, trust me. They will make excuses for and glorify Musk's Nazi salute and Trump pardoning violent insurrectionists. But remember there's a world out there - and the majority opposes it. Be loud. Don't be silent.
