His incredulity is baffling. Of course we can solve the debt by taxing the rich. Just taxing Musk alone at the same rate as his employees would go a long way to solving our financial difficulties.

If you're wondering why you haven't seen more organized disruptive action from Democrats at the speech tonight, I've heard from multiple people on Capitol Hill that House Dem leadership actively organized against any strong actions tonight. They are leading, but in the wrong direction.

This is nothing but the truth. What did you do while the Trump/Musk regime tried to burn down our country? History won't be saying, "Oh the price of eggs was high so of course they chose a totalitarian oligarchy".
In future generations, when your children and grandchildren look back on this moment, they are not going to ask about the price of eggs. They are going to ask you what you did. Not what you felt. Not what you paid. But what you did. And I want to be able to say I did everything I possibly could.
