i feel like i'm losing my mind. barack obama had a 70% approval rating on inauguration day; gop strategy was absolute intransigence, treat him as illegitimate, one-term president, etc. trump is damaged goods and a lame duck. we should fight like hell.
There is an emerging conventional wisdom that resistance to Trump went too far and I am going to lose my mind.

Hey #HR professionals: my employer quietly changed their decades long promotion policy from “10% or 10th percentile of the new pay grade, whichever is higher” to 5-10% of current salary, even if it’s below the posted pay grade. Seems incredibly short sighted. What am I missing, from a business POV?

You cannot argue with people who think this way. Offers up her abortion rights and those of her daughter to Trump on a platter, but maybe someone should explain to her that there hasn't been a draft in more than 50 years and no one is going to send her son anywhere.
