This is just sheer brazen criminality by DOJ. Adams gets federal corruption charges dropped not because there isn’t overwhelming evidence, but because he agrees to help Homan round up migrants. And Homan says the charges will be refiled if Adams doesn’t “come through.”

Resistance cannot be performative. Trump’s resurgence reveals the futility of symbolic opposition. Protest without power-building is spectacle. Democrats must abandon reactive gestures and construct durable, grassroots networks—or surrender governance to authoritarian drift.

The ones truly responsible are those who allowed a convicted criminal to become the 47th president of the United States. Today, we are dealing with an untouchable, irrational narcissist who believes he can act with total impunity.

I hope the silence from Congress means they have an amazing plan to stop this damage. This is a hostile takeover of the government. Everyone should be extremely alarmed. This is not “just politics”. Everyone NEEDS to care.
