I was sharing that same sentiment with another friend of mine, who’d never heard of the Fords. I can’t believe I live in a world where I agree with a Ford. Rob would really be an equal match to battle Trump in this. It would make the burning of our democracy more fun to watch at least.

My father has been radicalized and is a MAGAt. He’s first generation. His parents were staunchly anti-Nazi and FLED to America for safety as the Nazis began marching across Europe. Yet here’s my dad. In love with a Nazi party. He’s a lost cause. How could he forget the reason he was born here?

Ok, that’s what I was hoping you meant, but I wanted to be sure. I wouldn’t say it was blocked, but, I haven’t been getting the more helpful responses I would have expected. As in, normally, relevant responses are easier to see. I don’t know if searches are being officially suppressed though.

Last one - not to mention the Avian bird flu and food contamination. We won’t be told of any of that. Indefinitely. And Trump is trying to get rid of the USDA, FDA, all the places that would investigate and let us know of food contamination OR keep tabs on the food industry to prevent bad practices

3/3 because they are closest to us. It still wouldn’t be fully accurate, but if there are breaking alerts about pandemics or epidemics, it would be nice to know it as soon as possible. We’re getting outbreaks of TB, Measels etc. but CDC et. Al isn’t allowed to keep us updated.

Of course I can Google - but especially during Covid, we used to have access to instant alerts and push notifications about outbreaks and protocols.
