Dr. Fauci is a hero who did so much good in his life. The hate spewed toward him because of Trump is emlematic of the MAGA cult mentality where regular folks just doing their jobs to try to save lives are somehow the villains. This is exactly what he is doing against all civil servants.
Why do they hate Dr. Fauci, when the worst thing he ever did was try to keep them alive?

This is what we are up against. A cabinet and key apptmts loaded with these extremists. They do not care about the rule of law. They have one fealty and it is to Trump. We have to hold the light up and make sure nobody is fooled about who they are or what they want—raw and total power.
I once had the mind-bending experience of debating the surprise guest-Seb Gorka-on gun policy on a local TV station. Even in the world of rightwing disinfo land, his unhinged extremist views on 2A & guns stood out. So I’ve watched him since. He is highly problematic.
