Incredible news! More hospitals have returned to offering gender affirming care after Trump's executive order was blocked.

Moments after publishing our story on hospitals returning, Childrens National DC announced a return to care.

And JUST now, Colorado Children's is back to giving care!

Dear TRUE Patient-Family, Today, Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser announced that Colorado will be joining a lawsuit filed last week in a federal court in Washington state. A federal judge in that case entered an order on Feb. 14 stopping federal agencies from enforcing the executive order’s ban on gender-affirming care for patients under 19 years of age. Based on the federal court in Washington agreeing to add Colorado to the coverage of this lawsuit, we believe the temporary restraining order and any subsequent legal filings in this case will allow Children’s Hospital Colorado to resume gender-affirming medical care, including puberty-blocking and hormone-based medical care. We plan to begin offering this medical care again starting on Monday, Feb. 24. It wouldn’t let me add the whole message. All I can really say at this point is if everyone isn't watching how trans people have lost basic rights and protections on a scale that hasn't been seen in decades in the span of 72 hours and realizing that even if you aren't trans there's nothing stopping it from happening to you, you're a fool
