It's been a while since I made a brand new Labyrinth prop replica, but here it is: The first 13 hour clock that you see in the film. I made my version with laser cut/engraved wood, mother of pearl, vinyl, poster paper, and resin.

Thinkin' about how as a kid I first heard the word "Dink" from Sharon, Lois & Bram, and I didn't know what it was also slang for so I called my Uncle a dink and got in trouble for it all while not knowing WHY I was getting in trouble (I kept trying to explain "It's just a funny word in a song!").

It takes me so long to make prop replicas nowadays because I feel like I'm holding myself up to higher and higher standards of quality. Which always makes for a great end result, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't miss when I was managing to make a cool prop every month.

There was an extra large-sized spider hanging outside my front door a few nights ago and now every time I open my door I do so slowly, afraid it's 1. Gonna be out there again and 2. Take me opening the door as an invitation to come in.

I bought a few craft kits/activity kits for my Nephew but the problem is I ALSO want to dig up a fake dinosaur tooth/smash open a geode, so it's extremely tempting to keep these kits for myself

I had really bad arachnophobia as a kid so I had to get my older sister to beat Gohma for me in Ocarina of Time. Which I find funny looking back, because as an adult Gohma doesn't really feel all that spidery to me anymore (Especially compared to Armagohma in Twilight Princess!)

It doesn't have to be a horror game. Maybe you didn't even play it -- plenty of ads freaked me out as a kid.
