If you come to Vancouver, never use a taxi. Just got one home and driver thought I was tourist, took detour which added $20 to fare. Airport to downtown is fixed fee so safe from rip offs, always Canada line if not much luggage. Use Ubers over taxis! Complaints filed with consumer protection BC.

During peak Covid times my neighbour, an airline pilot, was furloughed from his job and spend the entire time decorating his house from top to bottom.
It was, for the most part, an absolute shambles but I have to admit he made a lovely job of the Landing.
