Incidents like this are why I do think this problem could be solved with a couple of automated tannoy announcements and some extra signs in carriages.
On the London Overground. I’ve just asked a young guy playing loud music out of his phone to turn his music down. He asked stroppily why he should. I said because it was uncivilised.
He then turned it off and said “yeah, that’s fair”

Feels like 'dishonest reporting' is an understatement here. It's downright misreporting to be so declarative about a view held by less than one in three respondents, especially when - I presume - it's not even the plurality response.
