This makes me so sad. Reading to my children was one of my favorite parts of parenthood! Snuggling up, doing the different voices, reading “just one more” book or page or chapter… my kids are now tweens & bookworms in their own right, but I would read to them again in a heartbeat if they let me.

The way that the word "fraud" functions in the conservative worldview is to delegitimize a benefit or right going to a person who conservatives deem naturally subordinate in racial, gender, and class hierarchies.

For the past 11 days (it has only been 11 DAYS), I've been worried that the new guy would think the SPED practice of inclusion (kids with IEPs in the same classroom as their non-disabled peers) was "woke" instead of research-based best practice. (1/x)
